Parts and shipping

How do I identify the right part number?

What counts is the number on the component itself, not the one in the service log. Watch the REV level: parts with the same base number aren't necessarily interchangeable. When in doubt, send us a photo of the rating plate.

Are the parts new or used?

Both. New parts come from regular supply chains, used parts from our own removals and are tested before shipping. The condition is stated in every quote.

Do you ship outside the EU?

Yes. We ship worldwide and handle export and customs, including the documents for the Middle East and Africa.

Do you also buy parts?

Yes — individual assemblies as well as complete stock and defective systems for parts recovery. See Deinstallation & purchase.
