Clarify requirements

Modality, performance class, room situation and budget. We'll tell you honestly if another system fits better.

Quote & inspection report

Fixed price including condition report, tube or magnet data and sample images of the specific system.

Refurbishment

Cleaning, wear-part replacement, calibration and functional testing by our engineers.

Installation & training

On-site setup, acceptance and staff training. Afterwards, spare-part supply from a single source.

What's included as standard

The price of a used system means little as long as it's unclear what it includes. These items are not optional with us.

  • Inspection report with condition report and measurements
  • Sample images of the specific system, not the model
  • Removal at the previous owner and professional packing
  • Transport including customs and export handling
  • Installation, acceptance and on-site training
  • Spare-part supply from our own stock after handover

FAQ

Before you buy

How old are the systems?

It depends on the modality. What matters is rarely the year, but the condition of the expensive components — the tube on a CT, the magnet and coldhead on an MRI. Those values are in the inspection report.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Scope and duration depend on the system and destination country and are stated in the quote. Ask us about maintenance contracts following installation.

Do you also handle site planning?

We provide the requirements for room, structural load, cooling, power supply and radiation protection and work with your planner. The facility files the building application.

Can you take my old system in part-exchange?

In many cases, yes. We assess the equipment, offset it and handle the removal — see Deinstallation.
